Check-in at Virginia Park Lodge will take place after the ceremony. But don’t worry—you’ll be able to leave your luggage at reception when you arrive for the ceremony. The amazing VPL team will take it from there— after the ceremony, they’ll handle check-in, show you to your room, and help with your bags. They’ve done this many times and have it down to a fine art, so you’ll be in great hands!

Yes! There is free on-site parking available at Virginia Park Lodge for all guests.

We love your kids - we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

Day 2 of an Irish wedding is a relaxed, informal gathering with loved ones – often thought of as the "dessert" of the celebration. It’s our chance to keep the celebration going in a more laid-back, casual setting! We’ll have a trad band playing live music, with the bar opening at 1pm and BBQ kicking off at 4pm. It's the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the company of everyone!

Since it’s October in Ireland, we recommend dressing warmly and comfortably—think casual layers like sweaters, nice jeans or trousers, boots, and cozy jackets. No need for anything too formal—just come comfy and ready to relax with us!
